Q. Are your jumpers safe & clean?
A. Yes, we pride ourselves in providing our customers with a safe and clean product. All our jumpers are of commercial grade quality and are inspected and cleaned after each use.
Q. How do I make a reservation?
A. Call us at 208-789-0615 to make your reservation or email us at reservations@magicalcastlejumpers.com and we will contact you.
Q. How much room do I need?
A. For a 13' x 13' jumpers you need setup space of 14' x 14', For our 15' x 15' jumpers you need setup space of 16' x 16', for our 6 in 1 Combo Jumpers you need setup space of 15' x 35'.
Q. Anything required for backyard parties?
A. Yes we require your gate and the path to your backyard be at least 4' - 5' wide. The jumpers can be up to 600 pounds and require a clear path with no stairs. If you have stairs you need to let the office know and if you are ordering a small jumper we may be able to accommodate depending on how many stairs but large jumpers CANNOT be delivered down stairs they are just too heavy.
Q. What surfaces do you setup on?
A. We can set up on Grass (our preferred and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we CANNOT set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will damage our products.
Q. When do you setup?
A. We always arrive before your setup time. If we have a lot of deliveries for that day your driver may need to arrive up to 3 hours early.
Q. What areas do you rent jumpers?
A. We deliver to Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Nampa, Boise, Garden City, Star, Caldwell, Middleton. Please note: There is a delivery charge for some cities please contact us for details.
Q. Do you deliver to other cities?
A. There is a delivery fee which varies depending on what city you live in. Call our office for a quote.
Q. Is there a fee for setup?
A. There are no additional setup charges they are included in the price of the jumper.
Q. Do you set up at parks?
A. Yes we set up at parks all the time but some parks do not have power. If a park does not have power you have to also rent a generator in order to have a jumper or any concessions at that park. Also you are required to reserve your spot at the park and pay for a permit fee in order to have a jumper which you must do with that city's Park and Recreation Department. If you want to save money because someone you know might have a generator I cannot stress to CONFIRM with our office to make sure it is strong enough. I believe in saving money, but most of the time with borrowing a friends or using one that you think works, doesn't. We do NOT carry extra generators on us, ever. Busy days we are sold out! If yours isn't there when we are there or doesn't work we will not have the time to wait or grab a generator. We have many orders to fulfill and we stick to being on time or early. We want every party to go smoothly so please give us a call when it comes to generators.
Q. Do you have a rain policy?
A. Yes, if it rains and you decide to cancel the delivery of your jumper we offer a full refund of your deposit. Your driver will call you and let you know whether the weather is too bad to still deliver your jumper. If it is only raining lightly your driver may give you a choice whether you would still like your jumper, if a customer elects to have a unit delivered even though there is chance of rain there is no refund.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. We allow cancellations 7 days prior to your event for a full refund of your deposit. If you call to cancel within those 7 days there is No Refund your deposit will be held for a year for a future reservation. Please Note: If you cancel after the driver is in route to deliver your jumper you forfeit your deposit.

A. We accept Cash on delivery. Reservation deposit can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express
